Our 3-Step Process

Step 1: Submit Photos

Send photos of a single item, a small group of items, or an entire house filled with furniture, art, and decor. If you’re selling an entire estate and need to photograph many items, please open all cupboards, closets, and drawers and make sure everything is visible. If the project is a good fit for our services, we will contact you to set up a time to see the items in person.

Step 2: Site Visit and Cash Offer

After we have reviewed the photos we will schedule a time to view the items in person so that we can make a cash offer. Our offers are based on market value of your items. Once the offer is accepted, we will schedule a time to have your items packed and removed. It’s that easy!

Step 3: Pick Up and Payment

Our team will arrive with a truck and pack all of the items. Payment will be made at the pick up through business check, Zelle, cashier’s check, or cash.
